Ingredients

  • 1 can Qulet or Qulet vegan
  • 2-2.5dl red lentils
  • 9dl boiling water

Preparation

Pour the Qulet into a saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the lentils and let drain.

Pour the lentils into the saucepan with the Qulet and brown together while stirring for about 10-15 minutes.

Add boiling water. Stir and let simmer under a lid for about 15-20 minutes.

It tastes best if the stew is left to stand and draw for a little while.

Serving Note:Serve with injera, rice or couscous. Goes well with Ayibe, cottage cheese or natural yogurt.
